Through this blog, students from Charles Mbuto's science class at Daraja Academy in Nanuyki, Kenya and Mark Stefanski's Advanced Biology sections at Marin Academy in San Rafael, CA can interact and share thoughts and ideas as they study the natural world. As you observe and experiment with the behavior of your chosen species, feel free to post any and all of your techniques, methods, problems, successes, and theories. When you love mother nature, she loves you in return!
Hi Esther, My name is Betsy.
ReplyDelete1)My favorite food for breakfast is warm, homemade pancackes with maple syrup. My mom usually makes them on Sunday andwe eat together as a family.
2)What I would like to for Decemeber is go to another country like Spain and spend my Christmas there. But that is only what I wish I could do, in reality I am just going to stay home and enjoy Christmas with my family.
3) The reason I chose to observe ducks was becasue they live in a pond that is across the street form where I live. I also decided to observe ducks because I thought they were interesting and they live around me but I never knew much about them.
My questions are:
1) What do you do for the holidays?
2) What place in the world would you like to visit?
3) What do you want to be when you are older?
Thanks Esther I hope you enjoy your break.
Betsy
Hey Esther!
ReplyDeleteMy name is Aviva and I would love to answer your questions and
ask a few myself!
1. My favorite food for breakfast is definitely waffles, fruit and a smoothie! When I'm lucky my dad will make it for me on the weekends.
2. During the December break I want to spend time with my family and friends and hopefully learn how to ski! Also, I want to learn how to make pies during the December break!
3. I chose to study bees for my science project because I knew very little about them and I there are lots of bees close to my house. Also, I always was a little bit scared of bees, so I hoped that this project would help me get over my fear of bees!
I would love to know..
1. What you like to do in your free time, when you are not in school?
2. What is your favorite food?
3. What is your favorite time of the year?
Thanks!
